In 2017, Manoj Prabahar Asokan recognized a significant gap in Trichy's business ecosystem. While startups, freelancers, and growing businesses were emerging, there were no organized coworking or managed office spaces that offered the flexibility and professional infrastructure they needed. Businesses had limited options beyond traditional office leases, making it difficult to establish and scale their operations efficiently.
Seeing this opportunity, Manoj founded Trichy Coworks, one of the city's first organized coworking space providers, with a vision to make premium workspaces accessible to businesses of every size. What started as a modest 500 sq. ft. workspace soon transformed the way companies worked in Trichy, offering flexible office solutions backed by professional services and a thriving business environment.

As demand grew, so did the vision. Under his leadership, MAX OFFICE expanded beyond Trichy with the launch of Covai Tech Park in Coimbatore. Today, the company manages over 1.5 lakh square feet of premium office space across 8 business centres, serving more than 650+ businesses from India, the USA, Europe, the GCC, and other global markets.
Driven by a passion for enabling business growth, Manoj also founded Talentztech Solution, helping organizations around the world build and manage remote teams in India.
A Civil Engineer and Master's graduate from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, Manoj combines technical expertise with a customer-first approach to business.
His vision continues to guide MAX OFFICE today: to build inspiring workspaces that empower businesses, foster collaboration, and create opportunities for growth.
